overdraft expired?!

k i went in to bank today to increase my overdraft( seriously skint!) and was told i never had 1... it had expired a month ago?! wasnt aware it could!! this new 1 i have expires in a year!

Mine gets automatically renewed and the buggers increase it, which i dont like, but hey i never fone and ask them to reduce it again.

Mines is £500 on this account.x
