What a cow, I mean the silly women swerved in front of "You" and had no indicator. You can't just turn in front of a person, there is a thing called " Give Way"

I hope the courts make her pay 100% of the damage, silly women.

Wishing you luck babe

That's what they were trying to do, but she's not backing down, I know when you go into the back/side of someone you're pretty much buggered....but it wasn't my fault...so I was willing to settle 50/50, but shes' accepting NO responsibility...

she lives a couple doors up from one of my staff and she only passed her test in December and shes a pure cow apparently

how bad was the damage?? Was it just a tiny little scrape or dent? People like that are rediculous and shouldn't be driving. I would definetely be fighting that
