Bullied at work?

Anyone else being bullied at work?

I am. Oh yay! I'm 22 next week and i'm being belittled by a 36 year old man.

He said to me today and has done before "I had the urge to punch you in the face then, but I wouldn't".

He's always making remarks to put me down. I work at subway and I'm applying to do a PGCE in RE this Septemer. So of course, he's making me feel thick.

grrrr.

I have told the team leader, and she is on my side. She has told me to tell her when he's like this, and if she's there she'll get the evidence. And when I'm ready to go to the manager. There's no point doing anything major now, he'll deny it all and say he's joking etc. Then he'll get worse with me.

You manager has to deal with this hun even if he says 'I am only joking' actually its not funny even if he was and he needs put in his place joke excuse or not! Failing that you could always whisper something back at him if he'd be shocked that 'you' would say something like that it puts people off guard! "I'd like to swing a bat across your face but hey I wouldn't simply because your a waste of space" walk away. Asshole!
