I'm sorry to say...but some people just DON'T deserve to have kids.

This poor child will probably have mental problems for a long time - if not forever - because of her irresponsible mother. How sad

Poor child, Jungle book is going through my head at the moment.

I hope the authorities remove the dogs as well and give them a better home too.

my god. I have heard a story like this b4 when studying for my psychology degree over 10 years ago now. A child was found and she had been brought up by some sort of animal. cant rememer what it was now. Maybe hens. I remember somethin about her pecking away and her mouth was almost like a beak. strange. amazing how a mother could be so cold!

I've seen stories like this on TLC over here too!! Ferrel children or something they call them. One girl from Eastern Europe didn't speak or anything and carried herself like a dog. It's so upsetting, how do people (neighbours, friends, families, etc.) just seem to forget about children and let them end up this way?
