tomorrow is my big interview with Kurt Geiger...

i want to go in and mystery shop them today but i've never mystery shopped anywhere other than my own company.

Has anyone else ever done a mystery shopper?

Or is anyone an assistant manager in retail?

Or work for Kurt Geiger?

Can you tell i'm getting nervous?

ohhh... Good luck with your interview. EVERY time I shop I "mystery shop" I am aways analyzing customer service. Really I wouldn't do much different than you normally do. all places should be held to the same standards to some extent! Good Luck again!!!!!!!!

Just back....

the visit went dreadfully, i was in the store for 25 minutes and at one point i had a shoe in my hand for 5 minutes and nobody approached me AT ALL....

im always so tempted to tell them on my way out "you've just been mystery shopped....BYE"

Second time i went in cos i really wanted this pair of shoes....i had to go and ask someone for help, it wasn't merchandised properly as i didn't know if they came in black or not....which luckily they did...

and low and behold...i have them...about to send a pic to Imi

I had my KG shoes delivered today (there my wedding shoes!)
