Ok so this is completely unbaby related but I was rather impressed and it will save some pennies somewhere along the line.

You can put in most companies including your bank, sky or who ever and they will give you a land line number to contact them rather than having to pay the premium rate numbers and save you running your phone bill up (like moi!!).
