Upload them to a image site, such as www.imageshack.net you then want to use the direct link starting in http:// (usually the last link on the website listed)/ Then on this site, you want to click the little yellow picture with a hill and a sun in it, positioned under the 'un-do' arrow. Then paste the direct link into the box that appears.

you can always upload them in a photo bucket account and then use the IMG code and paste them in the thread or use the attachment feature that you will find down below when you go advanced in your post.
