uploading Pics

i really want to upload some pics of summer but i cant do it, it just keeps saying it has it has failed and i have kno idea what im doing wrong!

this is what happens if i try and attach it as a url??

have you uploaded the picture to a host website, like Photobucket? Then you can add the image link to the post. click the image picture up the top of the reply window and try it that way? Or is that not working either?
