can't post replies to threads

Hey there, why can't i reply to threads...I can start them??

Checked my thingy that says what I am allowed to do...and says I cant reply, but when I try to it tells me I can't??

I am so rubbish at computer stuff!!

just pressing the post reply button at the bottom of the thread, in buy sel and sawp AND wanted
