the picture itself is fine but theres too much white space above and below it

It is at the moment, but if you crop out all the white space above and below it should be fine.

It's probably 'enters' - edit your sig and remove any spaces or 'enter/returns' from above and below the signature code.

P.S I'm sure there's a better way to explain that
