I think it has to do with the site you are using for your ticker. I remember seeing others with the same ticker problems....

Mine is normally a day out untill the morning

It'll depends on the timezone of the ticker creators aswell, if they havent created a function to set the timezone then itll run to the zone its made in. Eg usa tickers will be behind untill they reach midnight.

I don't have any useful advice for you I'm afraid - My ticker is a day behind as well... I suppose we could try revisiting the site where we got them and putting the due date in a day out to see if that makes it work? I can't really be bothered, though for the sake of one day...
