uploading things on profile

Hi there, can anyone tell me how I uplosd photos onto my profile and input data to show where I'm from etc. Sory, but I'm not very good with computers. Candice xx

There should be an option in the top right hand corner called User CP, you go there...

User cp towards top left of page
then option on the left column Edit Profile Picture enter the link where its hosted or from your PC folders.
