Its on this post and a few of my others but on most of my posts i dont get one

If I understand it right there is a 1 hour time thingy before the EDIT button appears, its mainly to stop spammers putting links in after Admin/mods have read them
does that make sense?

SC may be able to explain it better

aww no its ok, dont do that coz of me!

I only noticed i couldnt do it coz of the loseing weight thread and updateing what i had eaten during the day, i dont mind its not there now i know, i wasnt complaining
