Hi it took me a while to figure out too. Start off by going to
http://www.bump-and-beyond.com/
and follow the links and directions for "create your ticker"
At the end of the process it will give you a load of hmtl and other gobble-de-gooch.
if you copy the text somewhere safe (the html line only i think) not the rest.
Then on normal bump site go to "user cp" at the top then "edit signature" on the left. You paste the writing you got in the box and can also add other writing too.
