Invalid URL

I know there are other threads about this but I just can't change my avatar!!

What URL am I meant to be using from Photbucket? There are 4 to choose from and I have tried them all and it still won't work!

I have tried direct upload and that won't work either!

It now says file to big - even when I resize it to tiny!
