Avatar help?

My current avatar pic loaded fine. But just been trying to change it and it takes ages and then says it's failed. The pictures are all the same size because they are off the same camera... why won't it work?

try loading it on photobucket hun if your registered thats how i shrink my files down xx

The picture may be bigger than 2 megs (We have a 2 meg limit). If they come straight off the camera then they will be big/take a while to upload.

This was happening to me too! I couldn't believe it because it was a pic from my cell phone I wanted to use originally!!

I put my pic on photobucket and did upload by URL or whatever with a different pic (from my digital camera though??) and it worked the first time with no problem!
