Help With Link Please?

I want to add my journal into my signature and Ive tried looking through the forum help bit where it tells you about how to do it....But mine still doesnt work.....

I want it too look a little like the link to Sophie's website in my signature, but when I try it just comes up as it does in the search bar iyiwkim? I cant get it to say "Donna's Journal" or whatever
When I click on my journal, the link ends with html....is that stopping it from working?!

Edit: Its worked when Ive posted it here, but not in my signature as you can see......

You need to type (without the *s):
