I can't get into the Chatroom

It says I need to put my user name and password in then it says. No name or something similar.

I'm thinking I could of possibly entered the wrong password, mine has been saved on the log in page you see. Could you message me my password by any chance?

If you are logged into BnB it should let you in automatically. No need to put any password in.

No I am logged in and every time i press the general chat chat room it prompts me too put a user name and password, then i enter it and it says it is invalid.
