How do i put in link?

Sorry i know i posted soemthing similiar a while back but i couldn't figure it out then. Now i've got something differnt. In my signature i've put in about our sweet swap and then i would like the link to look like this http://www.babyandbump.com/bnb-group...-all-over.html rather than the address it produces. How do i change/overwrite it?

i figured it

for anyone who may want to know;

Just type in the words you would like to appear for example; parenting journal. Highlight the words and then click the blue world, that'll give you a pop up box to input the address for the required link and hey presto!
