shows viewing thread I am not?

I went to my profile, and this is what it showed, however, I have never even seen this thread, or attachment

has someone hacked into my account, or might it just be a glitch?

Yeh, it's a known glitch. always seems to be that thread.

Should be sorted soon - is on my list of things to do.
