Tickers-Stupid Question

I want to put a ticker on my page, but I can't find the signature box that I need to put the URL in. I went to User CP, edit profile, but can't find a signature box. Please help me, I am still new to this site. Thank you in advance.

I'm sorry, but i still can't find a box that says signature box. I am going to user CP and then to edit profile, but I don't have the option for a signature box. I'm confused.

You didn't have 5 posts before, I only just realied. It should work now?
