How to put things side by side?

As the title says, in my siggie I want to be able to put things side by side but can't figure out if I need to or how to create a table/columns. I have seen others with things side by side (teams, tickers, etc...) and would like to figure out how to do it. I checked the code section but they don't have anything.

Any advice/help?

Thank you!

Does just copying the code right next to the other code not make them side by side for you?

I just copy and paste them side to side (don't hit enter)

No, I end up with one underneath the other. I tried that first but can't figure out what I'm doing wrong!
