The size thing I have kinda ignored as many siggys are bigger than the above but the main reason for being a little more aware of the width is because not all members have big screens the same resolutions etc which means if they don't & your siggy is there they will need to scroll the screen from left to right to see any of the threads/replies if you have posted in there.
