Changing my profile from WTT to TTC

It won't change for me even though I am saving changes and selecting TTC. Can anyone help me?

Had you typed anything in the "My family" box underneath? Don't know if it would make a difference but you could try ticking the Reset box in there and then selecting TTC above x

Hi,

I have done it every way, selected the reset box, not selected it. Saved it reset it and nothing works. it just keeps going back to WTT. It is driving me nuts.

Can someone walk me through how they change it, step by step and maybe I have missed something.

Hiya,

Have done that loads of times but it keeps reverting back to WTT even when I save it!

When you pressed save did it say:
Please update your birthday (if you wish to keep this hidden, Select 'Hide Age and Date of Birth').

Can anyone help me.I have followed all the advice above and the WTT keeps resetting itself
