Really silly question?

I have just made up all my feeds in advance - as per the WHO guidelines. They were made at 70 degrees then cooled so hoping this is ok.

Say I want to pop out with a friend for a coffee, go at 12 and he needs a bottle at 1.

Do I need to faff around taking a flask and making one fresh there, or can i just take one out the fridge and let it warm to room temperature? It would only be out for like an hour before I give it to him x

they are safe out the fridge for 2 hours.

so you can either heat it up a bit more than normal & take it or just take it & it will heat to room temp on its own.

^WSS, you have 2 hours to use the bottle after you've taken it out of the fridge. I often heat the bottle at home and then keep it warm in an insulated bottle bag, but then my lo wouldn't take a bottle at room temp so i had to do this really.
If you are going to be longer than 2 hours, keep it cold and it will be ok for longer (for however long you can keep it cold really). I use my insulated bottle bag and mini ice packs - this keeps a bottle ice cold for up to 6 hours.

J x
