It also helps with bowel movements in lo's. Logan is constipated due to his milk so i give him as much water as he will take. I do him up a 9oz bottle every morning and offer it to him between feeds. He normally takes 1-2ozs at a time. He screws his face up sometimes but then drinks it anyway.
