what size teat?

we put Jacob onto cow and gate comfort milk at 7pm last night and we changed the teats from size 1 to size 2 as it said on the tin that size 1 may get blocked as the formula is thicker but he just took a 5oz bottle in less than 10 minutes - is that too fast? Should we change back to size 1 again?

u still using the mam bottles?
i found Ruby needed the stage 2 teats a lot sooner than expected... i think she was only a few weeks old when she went onto them... yet the stage 3 are for 4m plus, shes 4 months now, but they still seem too fast for her as she chokes a bit when ive tried her with them... i think they just let us know when the teat is too fast / slow!

Hollie is on hungry baby with C&G and were still on size 1, as she couldnt get used to size 2 but she seems fine with them, but 10 mins sounds alright to me with Jacob xxx

yep still on the mam bottles, he was fone with size 1's on the normal milk but with the comfort it is so thick - almost like a flour consistency - that it blocks up even the size 2 teats sometimes though a wee bit of a squeeze seems to help this, he doesn't seem to be choking on the size 2's though so I guess we'll keep going for now. He was quite colicky again today after a couple of good days so I resorted to taking him out in car for an hour and it's done the trick as that was at 4pm and he's still asleep now!
