Liquid pre made formula

Do ya'll warm up the liquid or give it straight out of the fridge?

Also, when he was first born(he'll be a month old on sat ) we used the liqiud. Then 1 week ago, we started using powder because we were out of liquid and got the powder as a giftand everything seemed ok for a few days. Then he started getting fussy at times. Yest he went into a crying fit with tons of gas. He pooped, didn't help. I'm now back on the liquid as of 12am, and so far a tiny bit of gas, no crying fits and seems a lot happier so far. Has anyone else experienced that?

i didnt think the liquid had to be stored in the fridge (ours is on the shelves in the shop) so we just give it room temperature. x
