| Pregnant (Expecting) Chat Happy BnB Member  Join Date: Oct 2007 Posts: 2,340 | Which formula to use and mix with breast milk Hello ladies!!! I am worried that my milk supply will really diminish once I go back to work and am pretty sure we will have to use some formula for substitution. I have about 30, 4 oz (~150 ml) bags of breast milk frozen but with 3/4 feedings while I am at work, that all can't last long!! What is a good formula to try?? I have like 4 containers of different brands I received in the mail that I held onto, but am unsure about using them. Also, for those who still breast feed and use formula, does it upset your babies when they eat strictly formula and then get breast milk?? I have read to slowly add formula to your breast milk but am unsure if this is if you are planning on completely weaning away from the breast. Thanks  |
