Posts: 149 | TBH it doesnt matter BUT for ease, your best of in order to either 1> cut in portions, then defrost and microwave 2> Bake , leave to cool the freeze (problem is you have to defrost whole lot, then cook the porion then refreeze the rest of the pie 3> after baking, have to cut into portion, cook, the refreeze. as long as you COOK thourghly then you'll be fine I cook a large portion then put into small baggies or tupperware then take out as I need it, defrost and nuke !
