help - best way to freeze jamie oliver's fish pie?

has anyone made it and frozen it? how did it turn out and what is the best way to freeze it?

in portions?
before baking?
after baking?

considering it's not made with the traditional white sauce - I can't find anything online anywhere....

TBH it doesnt matter

BUT for ease, your best of in order to either

1> cut in portions, then defrost and microwave

2> Bake , leave to cool the freeze (problem is you have to defrost whole lot, then cook the porion then refreeze the rest of the pie

3> after baking, have to cut into portion, cook, the refreeze.

as long as you COOK thourghly then you'll be fine
I cook a large portion then put into small baggies or tupperware then take out as I need it, defrost and nuke !

In the end I baked it as usual, then when it was cooled portioned it out and froze the portions...not sure how it will be when it comes to heating it up again but we will have to wait and see...
