I thought the only reason they sunk was when you open the oven before they're ready. I'm more then likely wrong but that's what I thought haha.

i thought they sunk because they werent cooked all the way through..

i just asked my dad who used to be a cheif and he said it could be because the oven isnt hot enough of because you opened the oven and cold air got in..

I'm with Brandonsgirl on this one...check the oven temp. I've had to adjust mine for various things...and at times, I think my oven runs TOO hot. Just keep trying...though to be honest, I much prefer pies--my cakes always seem to go wonky!
