my new steamed chicken recipe - healthy & taste very good - easy to cook

4-5 gloves of garlic
1 tea spoon of pepper
1/2 tea spoon of salt
1 lemon grass - slice the end bit (only use 1.5 inch of the end bit)
1 inch of turmeric
veggies of your choice
mash everything in the pestle into paste except the veggies of course, lol
1 whole chicken (i only use half because oh is away)
put the veggies on the heat proof bowl as shown in picture and chicken on top ,then put the herbs that/s mashed on the chicken and leave for 30min at least (i left for 2 hours)
then steam in the steamer for 40 min

* the steamer i use , put the water at the bottom bit and the chicken in the bowl on the top bit
