moist chocolate cake?

anyone got a great moist chocolate cake recipe??

substitute applesauce for oil in any ready made cake mix. Yummy moist!

6 pieces of semi sweet bakers chocolate, 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks, 6 tablespoons self rising flour 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
melt the chocolate in the microwave, add the eggs and powdered sugar, then flour.
bake at 350 for 14 minutes- the middle is molten chocolate and gooey...this is really rich though, i serve it with vanilla ice cream.

I have an awesome chocolate cake recipe, or we think so haha, it's really moist too. Here it is

Preheat oven to 375F. Sift 2c white sugar with 2c all purpose flour. In a small pan combine 1/2c butter, 1/2c applesauce, 1c water and 1/4c unsweetened cocoa powder. Bring to boil, remove and add to dry ingredients. Then dissolve 1tsp baking soda with 1/2c buttermilk, add in 2 eggs, 1tsp salt, 1tsp cinnamon, 1tsp vanilla and stir well, then add to other ingredients. Bake for 20min (I do it in 2 9in round pans)

For the icing...
put 1/2c butter, 1/4c unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4c milk into a small pan and bring to a boil. Mix that and 4c powdered sugar in bowl with 1tsp vanilla

It's sooo good, it's my husbands favorite he asks for it every birthday. It almost tastes like a chocolate spice cake from the cinnamon but it just works really well together and is so moist
