if you like pancakes, then maybe you'll like this?

Hi,

i add oats to my pancake dough. At the beginning i used to blend the oats beforehand, but not anymore. I just add the rough flakes. I add a cup of oats for a cup of flour.

This is what I add for a biggish dough:

3 eggs
1 1/2 cups of wholemeal flour
1 1/2 cups of oats
1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda or baking powder
a pinch of salt
1 tsp of sugar
3 tbsp of melted butter

You can also add oats and raisins/sultanas or a cup of musli to a basic plain muffin mix (any recipie will do) add a little extra liquid. put some brown sugar on top before cooking and they look very healthy. lol!!!!
