what happens with something lost in the post?

Do you refund or wait for longer

I have had a couple of parcels go missing(although one has turned up now at my house!).I usually wait a couple of weeks,log a claim with the Royal Mail and refund the buyer.The details for logging a claim are on the Royal Mail website.I have had loads of bother with them lately and even wrote a complaint as the items that went missing were both pregnancy and baby related.x

I've done the form and my buyer is phoning her PO, I think I'll wait and see if she has any joy with them and then refund her if not.
