Wanted: Bugaboo Bee Chassis

aarrggggh my bee has broken and LO is only 4.5months old and bugaboo wont replace or fix as i do not have proof of purchase, does anyone have a spare chassis with or without wheels which i can buy, am soooo annoyed with Bugaboo at the moment!!!

Thats stupid for the price u pay ..how did u pay ? if u paid via credit card they may take yoru statment as proof

was purchased cash, silly i know but the money was a gift, i know for next time though... might just go and buy a new pram, as soo soo peed off.

Hun don't accept it. Bugs come with 2yr warranty and the bee has only been out since feb 08 so not 2yrs yet. Did u register your warranty? Where did u buy it from? My SIL had one on preorder when they first came out so was one of the first to own and hers broke. She took it bk to mothercare and they had no record as they only keep order details for 6 months but she said that it was def within warranty as less than 2yrs since release and so they ordered a new chassis free of charge

Keep trying with them, was it 2nd hand though? If it was 2nd hand and the original owner registered the warranty then your stuck as Bugaboo have strict guidelines on one owner per pram (how stupid lol!)

Whats broken on it?
