Wanted: evening dress or ball gown - Page 2

I have a gorgeous black dress that I bought whilst I was pg to wear to a wedding.
Its from Newlook and has a black sash/ribbon under the bust and then the skirt part is quite flowy, it is also just past knee length. Size 16, but i would say its quite a small 16. It would just need to fit snuggly around your bust and just under really as it flows loosly from there.
The middle sash is a silky material and it has the same band of silky material around the bottom of the dress. It has a silky underlayer and a chiffony type overlayer, the bust area is rouched.
It can be worn either with or without the ajustable straps.
measuremtns are:
(laid flat) 36/38 inch chest ( i was a 38 e whilst pg and I had a great cleavage in it!, but not too much

)
the waist bit, more like ribs bit, (black sash under bust) measures 34/35 inches.
length from under bust is 28 inches.

Here is where I get picky though

My hips are my worst feature, so I tend to go for things with no detailing on the hip, like the sash in the first one. Or even above the hips.

The second one is stunning! I wish I could pull that off! I will one day, keep telling myself that

Again the ribbon across the middle never suits me, cuts me in half and makes me look bigger than I am

The last one I LOVE. I think I might actually buy that! The only thing is I couldn't wear it to the ball. Not dressy enough, and too low cut

That is the sort of thing I would normally wear though to dinner or something

I like how it brings in the tummy area

Yay, glad you like!

I was thinking 'i hope i havnt picked ones she's going to look at and think "eww how discusting, what a horrible fashion sense she must have" '

I'll have a look and see if i can find anything like the last one but with a bit more coverage and no hip detail then
