Britax car seat

We bought this fro when we went away becuase it didnt have a base so was easier to put on the plane, so it hasn't been used much as it wasnt my main car seat

Same as car seat in the picture but it is a grey colour.

what weight is it suitable to?

when I bought it they said it was suitable up to 28 lbs

TBH Im not entirely sure, what would be the best way to post it ? standard royal mail ? what would you say is reasonable postage ?
