I want to get a hula hoop with exercise dvd, thought Id ask on here first becuase I know with those things most of the time we buy them, use them a few times and shove it to the back of a cupboard!

its not the usual hula hoops like what kids play with lol, there special hula hoops, they are weighted so you get a proper work out, plus you get the dvd its called hoop dance (or something like that) and it's dancing with the hula hoop, a fun way to work out!

ive heard its crap unless u can hula hoop lol(which i cant!) so tis up 2 u!
maybe try a normal hula 1st 2 c if u can?
