| hi louise i think the basket on wheels and the swinging crib is gorgeous no matter if you were having a girl or a boy i had a moses basket for my first baby but my brother bought me a mamas and papas swinging crib for my second and bought the cream crib set and to be honest morgan prefered the crib to the cot as we had the crib or downstairs and a cot upstairs which i put him staright from day one but we ended up putting the cot in his room and taking the crib up to our room as he liked the crib more personally i dont think the ones you have shown are over the top i think they are really stunning especially the one with the wheels i saw it in a baby shop the other day and its really stunning i think it would be nice be nice to keep and pass down to when your kids have children thats what im doing i bought a pink crib set the other day in the teddy lace will post a pic when i put it up in the next few weeks good luck have a look around first tho hun before going and buying the first one you see
