Because it sits on the shelf doing nothing what so ever , i use my xbox 360 as i prefer it. only had it for 3 months and it hasnt been used for over a month.

dont see the point in keeping it as everytime i look at it i want to sell it

how much are they in the shops new, i have no idea on prices for them

LOL how familier is this, I just sold mine on ebay last week as we never played it! They are going for silly money on there, just do it on a 3 day auction with a start price of 99p, that was you will only pay 30p in listing fees. I sold mine for £235 console alone, I think you get more that way, then sell the games seperate.
