:WANTED: Avent bottle warmer :Got - TY Rachie:

I think Avent will allow the Tommee closer to nature bottles?!

Interested in one if anyone has one! Also first could someone confirm the width of the part that holds the bottles? Thankies!

Just to clarify Im after a normal bottle warmer not a night feeder. I have one of those and do not use it

Silly question I know but why you want one? What about just using a jug and doing it that way?

The insert inside (blue bit) comes out which then enables you to use wider bottles!

We have a filter kettle that has a 4 week life cartridge and a digital display to count down the 4 weeks - I don't think that life compansates for a jug of water every 3 hours so kettle of water or bottle warmer both should (hope) will be just as convenient.

Ah get you, was just wondering as I have one! I use it now and again, mainly using it now to heat food as can just lift the insert out to get the food tub in and out, saves burning my fingers off!

Just found for doing bottles it was more trouble than it was worth really, took ages to heat up the bottle and then it got too hot & Noah would be screaming & I'd be stressing running it under cold water!

I know M.Care do one of their own which is quite wide but wouldn't know the cost, although sure it would be cheaper than avent??

Oh really! How long does it take to heat a bottle?

We put her bottle on heat whist we change her nappy so really we have the time to filter and boil kettle & change her nappy then her food which has been heated ready or heated whist we sort and change her.

Well thismorning I put a bottle in then gave Noah his breakfast which prob took 10-15 mins, then I took the bottle out!!

Sometimes I just cheat and put hot water from the kettle in to the warmer - defeating the object really
