Expressing Question


Quick question...

If I am expressing throughout the day can I add to what I have previously expressed if I had some in the fridge from the same day?

I have had some mixed advice on this and any help would be fantastic! x

yea you csn add to it, just make sure its cooled to the same temp first x

i normally express into a different bottle , cool it in the fridge, and poor them together when needing top ups to previous bottles expressed.

yes you can hun but I always put it in seperate pots and then put together once warming for feeding

i agree hun if you mix make sure they are same cool temp before you mix them together, if you mix at diff temps bacteria will form.
