oral thrush

I took jessica to the doctors two weeks ago as i thought she had thrush in her mouth. doctor confirmed it and gave her some medicine to take. she is now on her second prescription and it still hasn't cleared up.
she is drinking 3-4oz every 3-4 hours and it doesn't seem to be hurting her but surley it should have cleared up by now?!
what do u guys think?

she has white curds on her tounge all the time
