one large boob


Anyone else have one breast that produces much more milk than the other?

How do you balance feeds and make sure each breast is getting equal use?

The big one gets engorged so I want to use it more but I know that will just encourage it to produce more and maybe make the situation worse.

Any advice?

i do......the one boob makes half......You have to be careful or the baby will get alot of foremilk from it so let it have a let down 1st then feed..what i do is feed from the lil boob 1st n the big one will let down and then feed her the big one...
