just expressed...

Due to Harry feeding badly at the minute i had a hard lump in my boob so i thought i would hand express whilst massaging it away as Harry is asleep at the minute.
I thought i wouldnt get a lot so i have just expressed it into a mug from the cupboard but i have got loads out, as the mug wasnt sterilised i cant give this to Harry can i??
I only ever express milk if i have these lumps appear or sore nipples and havent ever got much out so ive not really thought much of throwing it away but it seems a shame as i just got so much out!!

I know i probably cant give it to him and next time i should use a sterile bottle in case i get a lot out again so i dont have to waste it right...???

It would kill me to pour good milk down the sink but only you know how clean that cup is.

It's ok at room temp for 6 hrs apparently and I guess you can put it in a sterile bottle and warm it once. Just check that though.
