I NEVER take pain killers - I hate taking them so that if I reeeeeally need them they're effective. my neck, shoulders and upper back have been stiff and extremely painful for a couple of days and I need something better than paracetamol. It's Hebe's christening on sunday  I want to enjoy it.From what I've googled it looks ok to take ibuprofen - I'd like to use the gel too - but on the box is say consult a Dr.... I have a hot stone massage tomorrow afternoon but should I see the Dr before taking ibuprofen or am I ok to go ahead???? |

Posts: 21,344 | Thanks girls - I'm going to the Dr at 10.30 this morning coz apart from the neck/back ache, I have this niggling feeling that there's something not quite right with me ATM  . I'll double check the ibuprofen, but I've taken 2 for now. |
