Thanks for your reply. Another question, I sterilised the bottle first and have been using this to store the milk in. Is that okay? Or do I need to decant into another freshly sterilised bottle before we give the milk to baby? I find the whole sterilising this really confusing!

I used to keep the milk in breast milk storage bottles then transfer it to a bottle when it was feeding time. I agree the sterilising thing is very confusing too! I think a sterilised bottle keeps for 24 hours but thats if its kept shut. I would say use the storage bags or the storage bottles (bags are easier as no need to keep sterilising them lol) I used to read so many conflicting things when I used to express, I remember feeling a little lost too - but we muddled through, as you will - xx
