| Just a few questions Hello Everyone
I have been thinking of breastfeeding but still not 100% sure,
My SIL said its great bonding which i knew.
She also said it helps get your tummy back quicker? (along with exercise)
Did anyone else find this? if so How long till you noticed a difference?
She said her boobs got bigger to!? Also can it take a few days for your milk to come through?
If i decide to breast feed i would also want to express for when out and so OH can be involved, does expressing have the same affect to?
thanks for reading and any advice would be great.

| Ive lost a lotof weight which I think is down to breastfeeding, but my tummy is still a bit flabby. In fact because Ive lost so much weight it probably looks worse than it should. The only way you'll get a flat stomach is with toning excersizes unfortunately. But as I said, I think breastfeeding has helped me to loose weight a bit quicker...
My boobs have gone from a D to an FF cup since I was pregnant... which I think is 5 sizes. OH likes it though! lol also my milk came in on day 2, but you can feed them before it comes in.
I also express for when we go out and if my OH wants to give Seth a bottle. its very very useful if you can manage it, but I was advised not to do it for the first 5 weeks.

| Well Im still feeding so I dont know. But I have heard that its not breastfeeding that make them sag, it's pregnancy.
Also mine dont have any stretchmarks at all even though theyve grown so much lol, but I do have them all over my stomach

| For me I cant imagine them sagging from pregnancy as they haven't grown! They were a small B cup pre-pregnancy and have just grown to a more filled out B cup...
Cant see that small of amount making them sag? Although for some reason they did get stretchmarks (only place ive got them so far).
Although I know of some women whose boobs grew as soon as the stick turned positive lol. | | | | Status: Offline

xx | Breastfeeding helps the uterus contract, which could contribute to the tummy being flatter faster. I guess by about 8 weeks my stomach looked pretty much like it did before I got pregnant.
I went from a B cup to a DD. I am still nursing, so I have no idea what is going to happen to the girls a year from now. Honestly, I don't really care too much as BFing for me has been a wonderful experience, and so worth saggy boobs.
It does take a few days for your milk to come in. Before that your body produces colostrum which is very important for baby. The colostrum helps get the baby's immune system set up by delivering all kinds of anti-bodies and such.
Not sure what you mean by expressing having the same effect. | | | | Status: Offline

| Expressing would have a similiar effect, the reason why your uterus contracts with BF is because of how your body is working to produce the milk for the baby. When you express your body is still working the same way to produce the milk and its still taking the same nutrients from your body. | | | | Status: Offline

Its true that its not breastfeeding that makes them sag but pregnancy itself!! Mine are def abit droopier and I think its due to the weight of the breastmilk!! I have breastfed abit but my friend who never bf also thinks are boobs are a bit saggier than pre-pregnancy and shes back to her pre-pregnancy weight like 12 weeks after she had her baby!!
