As some of you know oxsarahxo sadly lost her baby girl Jessica Charlotte Reay hours after giving birth. We are arranging a star to be named after Jessica and a lantern for her resting place from all of us. We also thought it would be nice to make a contribution to Sarah & Matt so they can use it towards flower arrangements, head stone or resting place arrangements. if they're hot it could be a bit of mastitis..are they red? if you have any fever or flu-like symptoms i'd go to your doctor as you might need antibiotics, but they may just be painfully engorged - savoy cabbage leaves in your bra help loads (nice when they've been in the fridge)...score the leaves with a knife first to release the enzymes that help with engorgement.
if they are engorged you could express a little bit by hand just to take the pressure off x
I was like that at day three from engorgement. I stood in a warm shower for awhile then I hand expressed some of the milk out until I felt relief. I remember feeling like I had a horrible fever and my boobs were killing me. Hope you feel better soon.
